Bathroom Electric Underfloor heating

Underloor heating in bathrooms is now common place, it is no longer considered a luxury, more a necessity, our full kits start from £69.99 inc vat making them the lowest priced kits on the market in the uk.

Whatever size your bathroom or even shower room is, we have an underfloor heating system suitabe for you, the average free floor space in a normal sized uk bathroom is around 1.5 - 2m2, for most tiled bathroom floors our underfloor heating cables are ideal, they can be shaped around all santiryware and vanity units that are in position, for a primary heat source in the bathroom we would always recommend installing our tile backer boards, then choose a suitable system that will cover your free floor space at around 150w per m2.
This is the power output required to ensure you have a primary heat source, we dont reccomend using our 200w system on wooden floors.

For larger tiled floors in bathrooms we reccomend using our underfloor heating mats, these make large installations easy, the cables have been spaced out for you already on a fibreglass mesh, all you have to do is roll out the mat and stick it down with the adhesive tapes that are attached to the mat

Wooden floors

For wooden floor coverings ie engineered/laminate floors, we reccomend using our revolutionary under wood heating system, this new system is fully 17th edition compliant and is suitable for use in wet areas, unlike most carbon film systems which are not suitable as they have no earth screen.

Insulations

We offer 3 types of insulation, for use with our underfoor heating systems,

HeatStore™ Tile Backer Boards - these boards are made from extruded polystyrene and have a cement coating on both sides, making them extremley tough, they are suitable for undertile/carpet/vinyl heating but not suitable for under wood heating, these are considered to be the best on the market

Heatstore™ XPS Premium boards - these are also made from extruded polystyrene but they dont have any cement coating, there u values are just as good as our tile backer boards, but they wont take a lot of foot traffic before they get damged. What this basically means is that if you are installing them on a building site and the heating mats and tiles/wood floor is not being laid the same day as the insulation boards, and different trades are coming and going they wont last very long before they get damaged. These boards are suitable with all our heating systems, making them the most versatile of boards around.

Heatstore™ XPS Premium boards - These are only suitable for our under wood heating systems, they offer a great insulation board at a low price and can even be used as underlay for laminate flooring without underfloor heating
