How much does it cost?

As standard we include FREE NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY to all UK mainland addresses (excluding, Channel Islands & Eire) on all heating products (this does not include tiling materials) Delivery outside the mainland UK may be arranged by prior agreement. You will be notified of the amount of the charge for this service and will at that point have to make a decision whether you wish to proceed with your order.

Delivery types available;

Standard delivery (FREE)

Next working day, before 9am (£25.00)

Next working day, before 10am (£10)

How long does it take?

Items ordered before 11.00 am on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered next business day (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 6.00pm. The standard delivery charge does not guarantee next day delivery; however every effort is made by us & the couriers to achieve this goal. Orders taken on Friday after 11.00am, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery on Tuesday. Orders taken on Friday before 11.00 am will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). However, We relie upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to always deliver in a timely manner there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to deliver on the appointed day. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
