Little Havens Childrens Hospice

The Underfloor heating store donate 25 pence to Little Havens for every order received!

Based in wonderful Thundersley meadowland, Little Havens Children's Hospice opened in 1998 as a result of the founders of Fair Havens Hospice identifying a real need for children’s hospice care in Essex.

Little Havens provide respite breaks, symptom control and end-of-life care to youngsters not expected to reach adulthood because of a life-limiting or life-threatening condition. Little Havens are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to emergency referrals.

Support and advice is offered throughout the journey of the child’s condition and after they have passed away through the Bereavement and Family Support Team. Although the charity was founded on a Christian ethos, care and support is given to families of all faiths or none.

It will cost £2.4 million in 11/12 to continue these unique and vital services which is totally free of charge to all families, although donations are always welcomed.
