Chief Operating Officer
As the sales and marketing manager, its my job to make sure everyone knows just what a great company we are, and what a fantastic range of products and services we supply.
Sales & Technical
My principal role as General Manager is to oversee the daily running of the company, ensuring all staff are trained and motivated in order to offer our customers the best shopping experience possible. A skilled and motivated team will ensure this goal is met.
After a twenty year career in the building industry I provide solid advice and knowledge to my colleagues and customers regarding all aspects of the building process. Whether it’s at the initial development stages or all the way through to the project completion, I ensure expert advice and guidance is made available.
As senior technical advisor it's my job to know the products inside out. I provide guidance and support for the sales team and customers alike. I also ensure I remain on top of all new products and industry regulations so we, as a company, are offering accurate and up to the minute advice to our customers.
Having worked as an electrician for over 10 years, I have an excellent electrical and practical knowledge of all of our products. I consider myself to be a patient person which certainly helps when giving technical advice.
Senior Sales & Technical Executive
My day to day role involves the provision of technical advice and product quotations. Working with architects drawings and using the latest planning software I can provide great value on all projects.
My expertise surrounding our products and enthusiasm for the job ensure customers get the most efficient and friendly service available. Be it technical advice or pricing you are in safe hands with The Underfloor Heating Store.
Having worked for The Underfloor Heating Store for several years I have an excellent knowledge of the product range and know which products will fit your project.
I strive to provide the best advice and customer service possible in all circumstances. Understanding that each customer / project is different is key to providing the best service I can.
As the second longest serving member of The Underfloor Heating Store I've built up an excellent knowledge of our product range.
First, being appointed as Warehouse Manager and selling in our trade counter has given me great customer service skills, which I am able to bring with me, now I have transfered to the Sales Team. In my current position I specialise in customer care, CAD layouts, quotations for bespoke systems and technical help.
I pride myself on providing the highest standards in customer service both at the point of sale and beyond.

I have extensive product knowledge of both electric and water underfloor heating systems, ensuring the customer gets the correct product for their project.
Being in a sales environment I am well aware that a happy customer is good for business, so I always ensure the sales experience and the after sales care are the best they can be.
As a Sales Executive of the Underfloor Heating Store my duties include providing efficient sales & technical advice for Electric and Water underfloor heating systems, adhering to the highest standards of customer care and smiling while I'm doing it!
Having worked for The Underfloor Heating Store for some time, I have a great understanding of the products and am confident the advice I give to my customers will fit their needs precisely.
My role as a Sales Executive within The Underfloor Heating Store is very diverse and varied. On a normal day I will handle anything from simple order processing to full bespoke system design from Architectural drawings and technical assistance.
I have in depth knowledge of all of our underfloor heating products as well as being a Tile and Stone specialist. I aim to deliver friendly, honest customer service that is focused on and suited to every customer’s specific requirements.
As a Sales Executive, my role induces me to furnish a Low Pressure Sales Environment, as well as Promoting, Pitching and Providing Sales and Advice to our valued clients.
Working within this environment for much of my career, I find experience and happiness crucial to this market and this job role.
Having worked in the warehouse and customer services department, I know the company’s operations from start to finish. I use this to help with not only providing excellent customer relations, but also ensuring the most efficient service possible.

Operations & Stock Control
As the longest serving member of The Underfloor Heating Store team my role is that of Operations Manager. Having worked my way up through the company via warehouse and sales positions I now oversee our stock levels, new product development and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, efficiently and effectively.
I have gained extensive knowledge of our most popular product ranges, which allows me to ensure we have the right products available at the right times.
Assistant Operations Manager
My role within The Underfloor Heating Store is Assistant Operations Manager.
My main responsibilities are the processing of orders, both tele-sales and through our e-commerce channels, and management of the dispatch process from our state of the art warehouse. I make sure all products are despatched efficiently and as quickly as possible so we can meet our speedy turnaround schedule for next day deliveries!
Senior Customer Service & Returns
As customer services team leader it’s my role to ensure the team continues the excellent standards already set by the company and, where possible, improve upon them.
Our customer services team is dedicated to delivering a first class service to our customers. My role includes a wide range of day to day tasks that the team undertake, as well as reporting any issues and statistics to management.
Business Development Manager
As one of the first points of contact at The Underfloor Heating Store I aim to use my background, experience and qualifications to ensure our customers receive the very best advice and service, and help them select the right product to give them years of happy heating.
I enjoy working in a company environment where our ethos is very much to supply the right product for the right task, not the most expensive or convenient option.
I am responsible for reporting the company financial results and ensuring the smooth running of the Company Accounts.
Marketing & E-commerce
With over 25 years experience in graphic design, my role is to ensure the image of the company is the best in our sector.
Maintaining a high level of creativity throughout all areas of Visual Communication / Advertising / Direct Mailing / Brand Identity / Packaging / POS / Web Design / Photography / Catalogue Production is crucial to the success of any business.
I am responsible for overseeing the development of all Internet related resources as well as the development and ongoing maintenance of the companies online presence, the development of internal software platforms and the building of a strong, in-house technical team, providing a solid foundation for the future.
With my extensive experience of web development I strive to ensure the online face of The Underfloor Heating Store provides the best user experience possible.
With 10 years experience in graphic design and a degree level education my role is to assist across multiple platforms and disciplines of design ensuring that all aspects are crafted to the highest standard.
For me it is imperitive that all marketing collateral maintains a high standard through constant education and continually evolving as a designer to benefit both myself and the company.
As a member of the Web Development team, my role at the Underfloor Heating Store is to assist in the development of all Internet related projects, as well as maintaining our current Internet presence.
I strive for excellence in all projects I undertake and ensure only the latest technologies and techniques are used so we remain at the forefront of the industry.
Warehouse & Logistics
My responsibilities within the company include the full ownership of multiple warehouse sites, encompassing all aspect of distribution and warehousing. Ensuring that the pick, pack and distribution of customer orders is carried out to provide our customers the highest level of service.
Driving efficiency in all areas of the warehouse operation is what I thrive on and allows my team to meet the needs of the business in our pursuit of excellence.
Assistant Warehouse Manager
My goals within the company are to complete the goods in process and to make sure the stock is adequate for warehouse operatives to carry out customer’s orders.
My aim is to ensure deliveries are safely unloaded and to minimise any risks that could arise during this process for staff and general public alike. I also ensure stock is correctly stored in the right locations as well as restocking pick areas to make picking and packing efficient.
