Blueboard under floor heating insulation

This is our own brand styrofoam insulation material designed and manufactured specifically for use beneath undertile mat kits and under wood heating mat kits.

High compresive strength, light weight, exceptional performance and low cost make this an ideal insulation choice.

Blueboard fixing instructions. (under tile mat systems on to screeded or solid floors)

Boards must be bonded to a clean, dry surface using a water based Flexible Rapid Set tile adhesive. Do not use solvent based or ready mixed adhesive products. Tiling must be carried out using a water based Flexible Rapid Set tile adhesive.

When installing under wood heating systems, the boards are laid out in a brick bond (staggered) style and the joints are taped together with duct tape, the heating mat is then rolled out over the blueboard, this is now ready to install your laminate/engineered wood floor directly on top
