Just an acknowledgement of the service I have had so far in my first dealings with you. In 20 hours I have received technical advice and
practical installation guidance from Steve Lewis (with an offer of further telephone support if required), placed an order based on that advice at
13:30 yesterday, and received my kit at 09:30 this morning. I'm quick off the mark to moan if service is poor, so thought I'd best make the effort to
acknowledge it when it's very good.

Hey Michael - Good to hear from you. FYI - the underfloor heating has been a dream. My electricity usage actually went way down. The prices went up so there was essentially no change in my bills, but the change in the amount of usage compared to last year is impressive!
