13:30 yesterday, and received my kit at 09:30 this morning. I'm quick off the mark to moan if service is poor, so thought I'd best make the effort to

Hey Michael - Good to hear from you. FYI - the underfloor heating has been a dream. My electricity usage actually went way down. The prices went up so there was essentially no change in my bills, but the change in the amount of usage compared to last year is impressive!
