- ProWarm™ XP-PRO Insulation Board
1 board covers 0.72m2 / boards are 1200 x 600mm.
ProWarm™ XP-PRO Insulation Boards are specifically designed for use with our electric underfloor heating systems on concrete/screeded floors.
XP-PRO Insulation Boards are also used as a high quality insulation for our underwood heating systems, these boards are available in 6mm, 10mm, 20mm, 30mm & 50mm thickness.
High compressive strength (30tonnes / m2), light weight, high efficiency and low cost make this thermal board an ideal choice when fitting heating on to a poorly insulated concrete or screed base.
If using with the underwood heating aluminium foil system they can be simply laid onto the surface in a staggered pattern.
For undertile systems this product must be fixed down using our flexible tile adhesive.
These boards are fully approved by Ultra Tile and are manufactured in the UK by DOW.

ProWarm™ XP-PRO Boards can be installed differently according to the type of heating system being installed.
For our underwood heating system they are simply laid in a staggered brick bond pattern and the heating mat is laid over the top.
For undertile systems (these boards are only suitable for concrete subfloors in this situation) then the boards need to be stuck to the subfloor with a suitable flexible tile adhesive.

Great easy to use and fit. Fitted with flexible adhesive and had no problems , just one thing to note, use a roller to press them down. 14-Mar-2016 Product:
The product seems a bit weaker than on the pictures but is doing the job so no complaints 07-Feb-2016 Product:
These boards are of good quality and reasonably priced. 14-Dec-2015 Product:
Great. Just what we expected. 20-Oct-2015 Product:
I went with the better insulation boards due to an uninsulated concrete floor being the base. In my opinion they don't seem any better quality then others I have used but until the heating is laid and can be used it is hard to review 30-Jun-2015 Product:
