While they were fashionably late to the air-source heat pump market, making their debut in 2011, they brought with them a solution to many of the problems that earlier manufacturers had faced. Samsung presented ground-breaking advancements. This included commissioning information designed around a specific installation type, which allowed for more efficient and effective commissioning. Pairing this with an extremely lightweight chassis meant that installation and commissioning were some of the easiest ever seen on a heat pump. The Samsung heat pump inevitably became a force to be reckoned with. The training and technical support available for the equipment are second-to-none.
