John Guest Pre Built Packs - water underfloor heating single room packs are ideal for well insulated areas that are to be controlled by one thermostat. Each pack is designed to cover an area in square meters when the pipe is spaced at 200mm apart.

This spacing is suitable for well-insulated areas. If you are uncertain that your area is well insulated, we recommend our high-output systems.

Please Note: John Guest Water Underfloor Heating kits feature water temperature control, beware of systems without this facility. John Guest only uses high-quality Polybutylene pipe.

Below are examples of all products which could comprise your JG underfloor heating pack;

• Single Room Control Unit

  The Speedfit Underfloor Heating Control Unit is the ideal way to provide heating to a conservatory or room extension up to 30m².

  The unit is pre-assembled an pre-wired to allow for a fast and simple installation. It can be plugged into any convenient electrical socket or spur. 

  The Control Unit has integral ball valves to allow for isolation from the primary heating system, an adjustable blending valve and a six metre head circulation pump. An anti-vibration mounting bracket ensures silent operation.

  Speedfit push-fit connections make for a fast connection to pipework.

  Speedfit recommend connection to the main central heating flow and return distribution system, but it is also possible to connect to the nearest radiator supply pipe. If connected to an existing radiator circuit, the pump will be unable to operate independently, only able to obtain hot water when the radiator system is on

• Barrier pipe

  JG Layflat pipe is made from a soft material with little memory, making it ideal for laying underfloor heating pipe circuits. Made from Polybutylene, the 15mm pipe has an inner barrier to stop the ingress of oxygen molecules and is approved by British Gas for water pipe in vented and sealed central heating systems.

• Programmable Room Thermostat

  The JG Aura 4 in 1 Thermostat gives combined control of UFH, individual radiators as well as wireless boiler switching allowing simple installation of multi-zone energy-saving systems in new or retrofit projects.

• Pipe Inserts

  Push-fit plastic fitting for the connection of plastic and copper pipe.

• Equal Tees and Stem Elbows

  John Guest Speedfit Equal tees and Stem Elbows are WRAS Approved Push-fit plastic fitting for the connection of plastic and copper pipe.(Only supplied with 30m² kits)

• Speedfit Floor Clips

  Floor Clips screw easily into the insulation to retain 15mm pipe, they are best installed using a Fixing Tool.
