Showroom Underfloor Heating and EE Manager
We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused showroom manager to lead our underfloor heating and energy efficiency sales. You’ll be the first point of contact in our showroom, delivering exceptional service, managing customer enquiries, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, delivering five-star service
- Manage quotes, orders, and enquiries across the underfloor heating range
- Follow up on leads and quotes to close sales
- Proactively build relationships with installers and engineers
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and showroom footfall
- Maintain showroom standards and brand image
Use CRM (HubSpot) and sales systems (Orderwise) for pipeline and order tracking
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in customer service, sales, or account management
- Proven record of closing sales and building client relationships
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Confident with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a bonus
- Local market knowledge preferred
