At The Underfloor Heating Store, we strive to make every step of your order as easy and convenient as possible, from finding the right underfloor heating setup to best suit you to taking delivery of your system the very next day.

We're proud to offer a range of delivery options to suit you, including free delivery on all orders over £50 or next working day delivery for a fixed price of £5.99.

  • Next working day before 12 noon - £19.99 (Order before 4pm Monday - Friday)

Where do we deliver?

We've been delivering underfloor heating across mainland UK for over 15 years and we're proud to continue to deliver to addresses across England, Scotland, and Wales.

Our next-day delivery service

We're proud to be able to offer next working day deliveries to our customers, ensuring you can get those last-minute orders in for your big project or a session of weekend DIY! (Next day delivery is not available to Scotland)

For all next working day deliveries, your order must be placed by 4pm on Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. All of our orders placed with next-day delivery will be delivered the next working day (i.e the next day excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Although we endeavor to always ensure your 'next day deliveries' are with you for the very next day, sometimes unforeseen circumstances, such as our third-party couriers not being able to deliver on time may hinder this. This is very rare, but we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item, or any costs incurred by customers' tradesmen unable to work. Please ensure you have your materials before booking any trades.

We unfortunately are unable to offer next-day delivery on any of our pallet deals, bathroom products, ThermaSkirt, Lustrolite, heat pumps, water cylinders, or any other energy-efficiency products. These products will be on a 5-10 day delivery schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions

When is the earliest I can get my order delivered?

The earliest you'll be able to receive your order is normally the next working day. For orders that are placed on Sunday, this will arrive on Tuesday at the earliest due to minimal warehouse activity over the weekend. With a next working day delivery option available in the checkout, you could place an order any time before 4pm and receive your items the very next day. Orders placed after 4pm are unable to be shipped for next day, and will arrive the next working day thereafter.

What time will my order come?

The time your order will come depends entirely on the courier. For most orders, we can supply order tracking which will indicate an estimated time of which your products are set to arrive. If you haven't received a tracking email for your order, please contact our customer services. You can do this at ease via our website's live chat function.

Can I change my delivery date?

Yes, we can happily change the delivery date of your order as long as the order hasn't already been sent out. For more information regarding changing your delivery date, please contact our customer service team.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Unfortunately, in most circumstances, we are unable to change your order's delivery address.

Can I collect my order from your trade counter?

We allow customers to collect their orders from our trade counter and showroom in Basildon, Essex, you can do this via our click-and-colect functionality available on our website through checkout.

Can I order to an address other than mine?

If your credit/debit card or other payment method has passed all of its security checks in the checkout, you should be able to select a different address other than the billing address.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You can track your order by viewing your order page that is linked to your order confirmation email. You can also use our livechat functionality to ask for an update on your order.
