At The Underfloor Heating Store, we believe a strong business should do more than deliver great products. It should support the people and communities around it too.

That is why we are proud to support Basildon Mind, an independent local mental health charity helping people across Basildon, Billericay and Wickford access support, advice and services when they need them most.

Basildon Mind’s work makes a real difference to people experiencing mental health difficulties. Through counselling, wellbeing groups, housing support, walking groups, yoga, allotment projects and other community services, they help people feel listened to, supported and less alone.

By raising money and awareness throughout the year, our team hopes to play a small part in helping Basildon Mind continue its important work across the local area.

Every month, our team comes together for a different fundraising event, bringing plenty of energy, generosity and team spirit along the way.

From bake offs and dress-down days to raffles, challenges and pie-in-the-face fundraisers, everyone gets involved in their own way.

Some events are competitive, some are messy, and some are simply a good excuse to enjoy cake together. But they all have the same purpose: raising money for Basildon Mind and helping support local mental health services.
