  3. Carefully read our click and collect T&Cs below, otherwise, you may not be able to collect!
  4. Complete your order! Your products will be ready to pick up from our Basildon branch anywhere from an hour later

  1. Head to the 'Trade Counter' at our collection address and press the bell for assistance. We've got parking right outside the entrance.
  2. Let a member of the team know you're here to collect and supply them with your order number.
  3. Success, you're ready to take away your product. Always ensure your vehicle has enough space for any ordered goods before placing an order.

🕒 Collection times

You can click and collect from our Basildon branch between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please note if your order is placed within an hour of our closing time, your order will be ready an hour after opening on the next working day.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel your Click & Collect order by contacting our team. You can also modify your order to be delivered if you've decided that you're unable to pick up the order from our address, simply reach out to our team and we'll be happy to resolve any issues. Please note, there may be an additional charge for delivery depending on order amount and address (this will be the same amount as if you choose a delivery option at the checkout).

How will I know when my order is ready to collect?

Your order will be ready for pick-up anywhere from an hour after you've purchased the item(s) on our website. Please note: other than our order confirmation email, we do not send out a further email to let you know that this is ready.

Can someone collect on my behalf?

Yes, as long as they have the order confirmation number, they will be allowed to pick up the order from our store.

How long will you hold my order?

We'll hold your order for up to 3 days, after which we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund via the original payment method.
