Description
This role will involve taking in warm leads on the sales line and converting them to sales.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Converting initial contacts to sales
- Producing quotes and sending them out
- Managing CRM, chasing warm leads, and following up on opportunities
- Providing technical advice, support and aftersales
- Identifying existing customers where there is an opportunity to increase annual spend and developing a trade relationship
- Driving sales hard and delivering on sales and acquisition targets
Candidate
As with all small, growing businesses the culture is entrepreneurial and fast paced. We are looking for an individual who has the appropriate skills and experience to do the job twinned with the desire and capability to grow along with the business which may include growing their own team and driving change.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a sales environment, typically within the construction sector, ideally in heating products and will understand the requirements of a both trade and domestic customers.
Our candidate will be hungry for sales, determined to succeed and not perturbed by the inevitable knock backs along the way. They will have a warm sales manner, a great product knowledge and the ability to build a relationship over the phone very quickly.
A successful candidate will be IT literate and able to pick up the systems quickly and enter data accurately.

Description
We are looking for a Warehouse operative to pick/pack and dispatch orders in our busy warehouse in Basildon Essex.
Duties Include
- Picking and Packing individual orders
- Distributing stock to one of 10 countries we distribute to
- Unloading containers and sorting stock
- Data inputting (goods in/goods out)
- Maintaining a tidy and efficient warehouse
Candidates Must:
- Be hard working and be self-motivated
- Have basic computer skills and be accurate when entering data
- Be comfortable working within a team and alone to meet both business and individual targets
- Have good communication skills
