John Guest High Output Packs are designed for areas that require a higher wattage output, such as conservatories or spaces with bi-fold doors. Each pack is controlled by a single thermostat, ensuring efficient and consistent heating.

Please Note: John Guest Water Underfloor Heating kits include water temperature control, a crucial feature not found in all systems. John Guest uses only high-quality Polybutylene pipe for durability and performance.

John Guest Heating Pack Components:

• CONTROL PACK with an 'A' rated Grundfos Single Circuit Constant Supply Unit

  This control pack is used to mix and control water temperature. It is suitable for heating systems up to 14kW and connects directly to the manifold without extra brackets or support. The nickel-plated control pack includes a mixing valve, Grundfos A-rated pump, return elbow, manifold adaptor, and all necessary seals. Speedfit push-fit pipe connections can be made from the side or below the manifold. It isolates all system components for maintenance and can be mounted on either side of the manifold.

• Manifold

  Our manifolds, made from high-quality stainless steel, are available in sizes from 2 to 12 zones. Each manifold comes with brackets, a vibration isolation mount, and easy-to-use Speedfit push-fit fittings. Integrated features include a pre-assembled automatic air vent, filling valve, and flow rate indicators for adjusting flow and isolating the pipe circuit.

• Barrier Pipe

  The JG Layflat pipe, made from Polybutylene, is ideal for laying underfloor heating pipe circuits. It features an inner barrier to prevent oxygen ingress and is approved by British Gas for use in vented and sealed central heating systems.

• Programmable Room Thermostat

  The JG Aura 4 in 1 Thermostat provides combined control of underfloor heating, individual radiators, and wireless boiler switching, making it suitable for both new installations and retrofits.

• Boiler Receiver

  The Wireless Boiler Receiver communicates with wireless thermostats via the wireless wiring centre, simplifying installation as no wiring is required.

• Wireless Coordinator

  The Wireless Coordinator ensures successful communication within the wireless system and facilitates automated pairing of Aura products. Please note: This item is only supplied with the Wireless Thermostat option.

• Pipe Inserts

  Push-fit plastic fittings for connecting plastic and copper pipes.

• Edging Insulation

  Used around the edge of the room to minimize heat loss and accommodate expansion.

• Pipe Cutters

  John Guest Pipe Cutter, suitable for cutting JG Speedfit barrier pipe up to 22mm in diameter.

• Pipe Staples (300 Pack)

  Staples for securing pipe to floor insulation. Approximately 12 staples per m² of floor. Use with a pipe staple gun (sold separately) for quick installation.
