The Overlay Panel Jointing Glue 290ml is specifically designed for securely joining overlay panels, providing a strong and durable bond for your installation needs.
To ensure proper application, simply apply a flat bead of the jointing glue to the middle of the board's edge using the supplied nozzle. The nozzle is specially designed to dispense the precise amount of adhesive required for board thicknesses of 10mm and 12.5mm, ensuring optimal bonding results.
For boards with a thickness of 15mm and 18mm, it is necessary to cut the nozzle to the appropriate length. This modification allows for an increased amount of adhesive to be applied, ensuring a secure and reliable joint. Once the adhesive is applied, tightly butt the second board against the first one, ensuring a snug fit, and fix it into position.
The Overlay Panel Jointing Glue offers excellent curing properties. At room temperatures ranging from 15 to 25 degrees Celsius, the adhesive will be fully cured within 18 to 36 hours. This curing time allows for sufficient bonding and ensures the longevity and stability of the joint.
