Polyurethane Foam Glue

Polyurethane Foam Glue is a versatile adhesive designed for bonding various materials. Its unique properties make it ideal for use in a wide range of applications.

When applying the Polyurethane Foam Glue, simply use the nozzle supplied with the cartridge to dispense a flat bead of adhesive to the middle of the board's edge. The special nozzle ensures that the correct amount of adhesive is dispensed for board thicknesses of 10mm and 12.5mm, providing optimal bonding performance.

For boards with a thickness of 15mm and 18mm, it is necessary to cut the nozzle to the appropriate length. This allows for an increased amount of adhesive to be applied, ensuring a strong and reliable bond. Once the adhesive is applied, firmly butt the second board against the first one, ensuring a tight fit, and fix it into position.

Under normal room temperature conditions, typically ranging from 15 to 25 degrees Celsius, the Polyurethane Foam Glue will fully cure within 18 to 36 hours. During this curing process, the adhesive forms a durable bond, providing long-lasting performance.
