Its pre-routed channels, low-profile design, and robust construction make it an essential component for efficient and reliable underfloor heating installations.

Suitable for 12mm/16mm Pipework: The panels are specifically designed to be compatible with 12mm and 16mm pipework (dependent on option selected), ensuring efficient heat transfer and optimal performance.


Consistent Grade Polystyrene: Curved Highway/Transition panels utilize XPS 400 kpA grade polystyrene consistently throughout the product. You can trust in the quality and durability of the materials used.


Ultra-Strong and Lightweight: The Curved Highway/Transition panels are engineered to be ultra-strong yet lightweight, making them easy to handle and install. Enjoy the convenience of a hassle-free installation process.


Low Profile Compatibility: The panels are available in 16mm and 20mm thicknesses, this slim design integrates seamlessly into low-profile underfloor heating systems, minimising floor height build up. The 16mm panel is designed for a 12mm pipe and the 20mm thick panel is designed for a 16mm pipe.


Installation:
The Curved Highway/Transition panels can be held in place using the Gekko G82 Spray adhesive or a suitable tile adhesive depending on the installation type. Please follow installation instructions or contact our technical team for assistance.
