Description
The Rothenberger Pressure Testing Pump - RP30 is a reliable and versatile tool designed to deliver precise testing results. With its innovative dual-valve system (Twin-Valve), this pump allows for self-testing, ensuring the accuracy and functionality of the device. Additionally, the RP30 provides a fine adjustment of the pressure, enabling precise control during testing procedures.
The testing hose of the RP30 is equipped with a steel mesh, which serves to prevent reading mistakes. This feature becomes particularly crucial when the hose expands during operation, as it ensures that the pressure readings remain accurate and reliable.
The Rothenberger Pressure Test Pump - RP30 is built to withstand various weather conditions and is cold-resistant. Its steel container is specially coated with DURAMANT, providing enhanced durability and protection against corrosion and wear. This ensures that the pump remains in optimal working condition, even in demanding environments.

Installation
- Connect the pressure hose to the equipment to be tested with valve V1 opened and valve V2 closed.
- Open one or several purge points in the installation. Remove the handle-locking hook and pump liquid until all air has been purged from the system. Close the vent points and then fill the installation operating the pump handle with ample movements.
- Keep on pumping until the test pressure has been reached.
- Close valve V1.
- If the test pressure is exceeded during the pumping operation, slightly open valve V2 until the required pressure is attained. The close all Valves.
- If no leaks are present , no pressure drop should be detected in gauge readings. At test completion, open both valves V1 and V2.
