Operating in accordance with VDI 2035 standards, the manifolds are specifically designed to be used with heating water. This ensures compatibility and efficiency within your system, guaranteeing optimal heat transfer and performance.
In situations where the heating water may contain corrosive particles or other contaminants, it is recommended to incorporate dirt traps or filters with a mesh size of no more than 0.8 mm. This additional measure protects the measuring and control devices from potential damage, ensuring the longevity and accuracy of your system.
The Wavin Hep2O Stainless Manifold offers impressive durability and strength. It can continuously operate at a maximum pressure of 5 bar and a temperature of 80 °C, providing reliable performance even under demanding conditions. During pressure testing, it is important to close the return valves to maintain system integrity. The manifold can withstand a maximum test pressure of 10 bar at 20 °C.
